James Love: The "partisan" Alaska Legislative Council - 10 Republicans, 4 Democrats

Sarah Palin, the McCain campaign and many bloggers have described the Troopergate investigation as a partisan inquiry. It was carried out by the Alaska Legislative Council. The members of the Council are 10 Republicans and 4 Democrats. The Council voted 12-0 to release the report by investigator Steve Branchflower.
